About Austin Humphrey – Cognitive Performance Architect

This digital portfolio was created to fulfill the requirements of Full Sail University’s Entertainment Business – Sports Management program. It represents my personal brand, professional identity, and evolving leadership philosophy.

I’m Austin Humphrey, a multi-sport athlete turned cognitive strategist. I grew up immersed in competition—football, baseball, and track shaped how I process complexity, adapt under pressure, and lead with intention.

I earned my B.A. in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, with minors in Economics, Political Science, and European Studies. I served as Intramural Sports Chair for Alpha Tau Omega, where I learned how systems—not just talent—determine outcomes.

My portfolio reflects a personal evolution: from athlete to architect. Now pursuing my M.S. in Entertainment Business (Sports Management) at Full Sail University, I design mental frameworks that map performance from instinct to outcome.
